Why I can't lose fat?

If you have been eating well, training consistently, moving more often on a regular basis⁣

And you don’t really see much changes on your body ⁣

Here is what you might have missed…⁣

Why?

If you’re constantly feeling stressed out, restless, or you’re more often on the ‘go-go-go’ mode, the body will need to break down glycogen in muscles for quick energy release so that you can respond to the ‘stressing’ situation in front of you. No wonder those muscles don't grow!⁣

On the other hand, when we’re at rest mode (relax, stress free, chill and calm), there is no need for quick energy release. This is when our body can start breaking down….. FAT TISSUES for energy fuel (Woohoo!!)⁣

Plus⁣

When you don’t rest well⁣

✨Mentally, you find it hard to focus on your goals⁣

✨You’re more likely to experience niggles/ pain/ injuries on the body⁣

✨You can’t train as hard and not able to make progressions in training⁣

✨You might skip some training sessions⁣

✨You’re less willing to move your body because you’re just so tired and only want to get to bed⁣

✨You’re more likely to snack, skip meal preps, get takeaways

Eat well, train hard and recover harder 👌
