One-on-one

One-on-One program is dedicatedly designed to meet your specific goals, whether your goals are to build muscles, tone up, training for a special event, powerlifting competition, etc. This program takes into consideration every aspect of your training, nutrition and recovery, to ensure that they are appropriate for your personal needs and preferences.

You will receive full guidance and support to help you maximize your results.

What’s included?

  • 1-3 strength private 60-min sessions per week with coach

​

​

  • Completely customized program designed for you. Updated every 4-5 weeks, it will be tailored specially to your goals and your body

​

  • 1 x Initial Nutrition Consult Session with ongoing guidance and support

​

  • 5-Weekly Measurements to track progression

​

  • Regular check-ins with coach about training, nutrition, mindset and recovery to support optimal results

​

  • Exclusive access to Girls Lift Online Portal with valuable resources to maximize your results

Semi-Private
Group Training 

Semi-Private is individualized small group training. With no more than six people in each group, you will receive a program to your specific requirements.

 

This is a 12-week program which starts with a comprehensive movement analysis.

This is for the girl:​

  • Who is struggling to train consistently
  • Who has struggled to get results
  • Who wants to incorporate strength training into their exercise routine
  • Who wants to have technical guidance from an experienced coach
  • Who is looking for accountability and motivation
  • Who wants to train and have fun with other girls
