I value the commitment and feedback I get about movements, the explanation of WHY we are doing things and feeling valued as a person - not just a $ sign or number. Honestly, I was not expecting such commitment and such a supportive community! I love seeing how everyone's programs are tailored to each girl goals/needs and not 'cookie cutter' programs

I have changed my eating habits to incorporate more vegetables and am beginning to make wiser snacking choices

The best thing I receive from Girls Lift coaching service is unlimited support in terms of training and daily issues. I can openly tell Karla anything I’m struggling with and she always give me useful advices. I have been training with her for a few months and I can clearly see my body has changed a lot. I’m on the right track to achieve my fitness goals (which are losing weights and building muscles) thanks to her encouragement. My mental health has also improved incredibly since I met her. Karla is not only a coach, but also a friend, a mentor, and a big sister that I can rely on whenever I encounter difficulties in life.

I learn how to execute the movements and control my body correctly and my training techniques have improved a lot and they have helped reduce my lower back pain. My core has become stronger compared to when I first started. Besides, I have created a good habit since I started training with Karla. I learnt the skillset on how to create a daily to-do list that can keep me on track and feel productive. What I appreciate the most is that Karla is always there to support and encourage me whenever I’m down and she helps reinforce my confidence and self-belief. She spreads the love to everyone around her which makes my life feel beautiful and meaningful.

I am grateful for Karla and for her pushing me to be better, for believing in me. She says that I can do it. If it was not for her, I would be a very depressed and angry person right now, especially with all the craziness going on. I’ve changed so much in the last few months and never thought I would say that I actually MISS GYM!!!

Karla has given me the confidence to just do it and get on with it. It gives me the strength to change and actually make it happen

Since I started training with Karla, my life and mindset have changed significantly. Karla doesn’t only take care about my training and nutrition but she also cares a lot about my mental health. She empowers me with the knowledge and experience she has, she gives me practical advice and actions that I could apply immediately to my life for improvement. She always provides me with full support until I achieve my results. I’m grateful for the Girls Lift Community and for Karla. She is the best trainer that I could ever asked for in my life.
