12 Weeks to Barbell is designed to help you build confidence in what you're doing at the gym

This program will give you the solid foundations around lifting and strength training with the main focus on Deadlift and Squat - the King and Queen exercises in strength training world!

 

Whether your goals are to tone up, build lean muscles, get stronger, lose weight or lose fat, learning to lift barbell with confidence can give you the best and sustainable results in the long run

  • Are new to the gym and unsure where to start or what to do

  • Feel confused and overwhelmed around the gym

  • Feel sick of doing the same things or random things at the gym

  • Haven't been getting results or progressions

  • Want to get really confident with lifting and understand why you do what you do in training

  • Initial movement analysis to set the main focus for training

  • Customised training program designed for your specific needs - updated every 5 - 6 weeks

  • 2 x strength sessions per week in small group settings (max 5 girls/ session)

  • Unlimited access to weekly conditioning sessions

  • 5-weekly body measurements to track your progressions (optional)

  • Valuable resources to optimise your results, including: a basic nutrition guideline, health and recovery protocols, regular educational content on private FB Group
