1st phase:
Learning the foundations with kettlebell
2nd phase:
Progressing onto
Trapbar Deadlift
Barbell Box Squat
In this phase she kept on practicing and reinforcing the techniques and forms and continue building up awareness around each movement
Phase 3:
Getting onto Barbell!
Maysa now gets the confident and a solid foundation for her to Deadlift and Squat under the Barbell
It's been a massive learning curve for this gal. She's been putting in the work and patient with all the movements now it's becoming easier and more natural for her to Squat and Deadlift
She's also looking at testing her strength on Deadlift in our 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲💃
