SQUAT & DEADLIFT WORKSHOP
The workshop is suitable for those new to strength training and also to those with more experience who would like to take their training and results to the next level by further refining their technique in Squat and Deadlift
This workshop is a practical one with some theory on each of the movements to help you understand the WHY behind the things we do in strength training
All attendees can also choose to do a movement analysis or send through your training videos prior so that you can get the feedback more specific to you in the workshop
