Semi Private Program

What is it?

Semi-Private is individualized small group training. With no more than five people in each group, you will receive a program to your specific requirements.

 

This is a 12-week program which starts with a comprehensive movement analysis.

This program is for you if:

  • You want to train and have fun with other girls

  • You want to train regularly but you just don't have the motivation to to it by yourself

  • You want to wants to have technical guidance from an experienced coach

  • You want to incorporate strength training into your exercise routine

  • You are sick of doing the same things but not seeing any results 

What's included?

  • A comprehensive movement analysis prior to training

  • 3 – 4 x group training sessions (2x Strength and up to 2x conditioning) every week (check out the Sessions Timetable)

  • Personalised Training Program updated every 4-5 weeks

  • Ongoing nutritional guidance and support to maximize your result

  • Regular check-ins with coach about training, nutrition, mindset and recovery to support optimal results

  • 5-weekly body measurement

  • Exclusive access to Girls Lift Online Portal with valuable resources to help you get optimal results

What you will get after this training program:

  • An understanding of 3 basic movement patterns (stack, brace, hip hinge) and the importance of each element in training to help you move safely and efficiently for long term

  • Confidence in your ability to execute those movement patterns correctly

  • An understanding of the basic of nutrition

  • A balanced and healthy meal structure (meal plan) that best suit your lifestyle and support your goals
